What we collect, and what we never do with it.

LoyaltyOne runs loyalty cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for businesses. This page covers two groups of people: owners who contact us through this website, and customers who carry a card issued by one of those businesses.

This website

• No cookies. This site sets none, and our visit counts are cookieless: they record which page was opened and which buttons were used, never who you are.
• The form. If you leave your name, your business and your number, we use them to call or message you about a demo. Nothing else, and never for anyone else.

Customers carrying a card

• What the card holds. A first name, and a phone number only if the customer chooses to give one. The business uses the name to greet them at the counter.
• Visits. Each time staff scan the card we record the time and the business. That is what fills the stamps and what the business’s numbers are made from.
• Updates to the card. Apple and Google give us a code that lets us update the card on the phone. It identifies the card, not the person.
• Messages. A business can send offers to its own cardholders through us, limited in number and never at night. About a quarter of cardholders are chosen at random never to receive them, so the business can see what messages actually changed.

What we never do

• Sell a customer’s name or number, or share it with any other business.
• Message a customer about any business other than the one whose card they carry.
• Delete a customer’s card because a business stopped paying. The card stays, with its stamps.

Who can see what

A business sees its own customers and nobody else’s, and can export its own list. We see all of it, to run the service.

Your choices

A customer can remove the card from their Wallet at any time. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email loyaltyone.ops@gmail.com.
