The LoyaltyOne loop: a chrome ribbon with a single twist

Loyalty cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. No app, no paper, and a number that proves who came back.

For cafés, salons, gyms, bakeries, boutiques and every counter people come back to.

Where the money goes

One of these resets every month.

Every business pays to be discovered, and almost nothing to be returned to.

Acquisition

  • Ads, promotions and posts bring a crowd once.
  • The spend stops and the room empties.
  • Next month you pay again, from zero.

Retention

  • A regular comes back without being paid for.
  • Every return makes the next one more likely.
  • The number builds on itself instead of resetting.

Acquisition fills the room once. Retention is what makes filling it worth the money.

The invisible number

How many came back?

A hundred new customers walked in this month.

23came back

In this example month, out of 100.

A cash register can’t answer this. We can.

How it works

No app. Five moments.

Nobody downloads anything, nobody types a password, and the card does its work between visits.

  1. 1

    They scan

The code on your counter opens their card. Nothing to download.

  2. 2

    The card is theirs

One tap and it sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with your name on it.

  3. 3

    You stamp

Your staff scan the card from any phone or tablet. Two seconds.

  4. 4

It lands on their lock screen

They see the stamp before the phone is back in their pocket.

  5. 5

    Then it repeats

The next visit fills the next stamp. Somewhere around the fourth, a stranger becomes a regular.

For every business

Any counter people come back to.

Your reward, in your words, on a card with your name, your colour and your logo. The one here is ours.

Your numbers

The dashboard is the product.

Every morning: who is on the card, who came back, how often, and what the rewards cost you. Nothing to set up, nothing to type.

Example numbers, not a real business.

The method

A number you can check.

Anyone can claim “up to 40%”. We show how the number is made, and we don’t quote one until it is.

  1. 1

    One metric

The share of first-time customers who reach a fourth visit within 30 days, before and after.

The definition never changes, so your result can sit beside every other business’s.

  2. 2

    A control group

About a quarter of cardholders never receive messages. Their stamps work exactly the same.

The gap between the two groups is what the messages did.

  3. 3

    A real before

Messages stay off in month one, so we measure how often your customers came back before we tried to change it.

You get a before, not a guess.

What would it do for me

When does the reward pay for itself?

A reward costs you what it costs to make, not its price. Move anything and it recalculates.

If a customer comes back this much more often than today, the reward has already paid for itself. Everything above it is profit.

That is about 2.7 extra visits a year from one customer, or one more visit every 4 months.

This is the break-even point, not a promise. We measure what actually happens from month two.

No app, both wallets

It lives on the phone they already have.

  • Nothing to install

No download, no username, no password. The card is the whole thing.

  • Apple and Google

Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android. Same card, same stamps.

  • Built for Android too

Most phones in Lebanon run Android, so both were built from day one, not one and a promise.

  • It updates itself

Every stamp reaches the card on its own. Nobody has to open anything.

The offer

Month one is free.

Messages stay off in month one anyway, because that is how we measure your baseline. So month one costs you nothing but the rewards your customers earn.

After that, one flat monthly fee. No charge per customer, no charge per message, no percentage of anything.

  • The counter display, with a QR code and an NFC tag
  • The scanner, on a phone or tablet you already have
  • Your numbers, every morning

Questions

The rest of it.

Do my customers need an app?

No. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They scan your counter, tap once, and it is there.

Does it work on Android?

Yes. Google Wallet gets the same card, the same stamps and the same lock-screen updates. Most phones in Lebanon are Android, so it was built for both from the start.

What if a customer changes phone?

Their stamps are kept on our side, not on the phone. If they gave their number when they joined, they scan your counter on the new phone, enter the same number, and every stamp comes back.

Can I export my customer list?

Yes. The names and phone numbers of customers who shared them are yours, and you can download them whenever you like.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The cards stay in your customers’ wallets with every stamp on them, stamping pauses, and no messages go out. When you come back, everything carries on from where it stopped.

How long does setup take?

We do it for you. You send your logo, your colour and your reward; we bring the counter display and set up the scanner on a phone or tablet you already have. There is nothing for you to install.

Is my customers’ data private?

Your customers’ names and numbers are yours. We never sell them, never share them with another business, and never message your customers about anyone but you.

See it on your own counter.

A short visit at your place. We bring the card, and you see a stamp land on a real phone.

Or leave your number and we’ll call you.
